Responsibilities: • Facilitate unit turnover process, ensuring homes are rental ready, safe, habitable, and clean • Inspect multifamily buildings to detail preventative maintenance and upkeep the quality of the buildings • Inspect the interior of properties mid-tenancy, document current conditions, and create plans for preventative maintenance • Document condition of properties before and after the tenant moves in • Odd jobs tasks that need to be done quickly to improve quality of the property (changing doorknob, fill in holes in wall, etc.) Qualifications: • Some construction experience or knowledge required • Strong attention to detail • Able to keep a busy schedule in the field and remain organized Compensation: $20 per hour
