    Job Description

    We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the marketing manager with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
    • Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
    • Regularly update social media and respond to followers
    • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
    • Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies

    ABOUT THE JOB

    • Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
    • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
    • Develop/maintain listing/buyer presentations/packets
    • Oversee and implement direct mail campaigns including writing ad copy
    • Oversee and train agents on CRM’s platforms
    • Manage lead routing and syndication (CRM, LMS, etc.)
    • Coordinate/complete postcard/mailer distribution
    • Manage/collect online reviews (Google My Business, Zillow, et al.)
    • Manage all digital profiles/pages (third-party search portals, agent directories, online profiles, etc.)
    • Promote/manage open houses (remote, private, and public-facing)
    • Promote/manage events (client parties, community events, sponsorships, etc.)
    • Oversee all video content (pre-production, production, and post-production)
    • Source/submit all award/accolade applications 
    • Source/manage PR opportunities (podcasts, panels, etc.)
    • Manage all third-party marketing vendors (e.g. YLOPO, CoreFact, BombBomb, videographer, etc.)

    Social Media Overview

    • Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
    • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across the web and social platforms and advise on improvements
    • Manage all social profiles/platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc
    • Manage direct/private messages
    • Design social posts, thumbnails, print materials, flyers, slides, etc. (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
    • Upload/publish all social posts including writing ad copy (videos, photos, captions, optimizations, etc.)
    • Maintain cross-platform brand continuity (fonts, colors, photos, naming conventions, URLs, usernames, etc.)
    • Monitor online reputation/effectiveness (Google Alerts, SenderScore, domain authority, Facebook/Google account reprimands, etc.)
    • Maintain website (blog entries, featured content, links, etc.)
    • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar
    • Oversee cross-platform analytics (Google, Facebook, et al.)
    • Construct/publish social and search digital advertisements (audience targeting/retargeting, PPC, etc.)
    • Produce/distribute a weekly email newsletter. Manage list accuracy

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
    • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
    • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
    • BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
    • Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends

    • Strong knowledge of a blend of digital, written, and technical skills that can effectively deploy marketing campaigns 
    • Historical success using social media platforms to promote a product or service (could be your own personal brand or company you represented)
