Responsibilities: • Provide leverage to mentor agent and assist with daily activities • Update CRM with clients, agents, and home sellers to show properties promptly • Attend daily training and role play to master skills • Lead generate by building a sphere of influence and prospecting to find new clients   Qualifications: • A California Licensed real estate agent or currently in process of obtaining a license • Service-oriented attitude with a client-first focus • Neighborhood and community knowledge and relationships • Team player, motivated, driven, and energetic • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills • Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred COMPENSATION • $40,000 plus commission structure Compensation: $40,000 - $150,000
