    Job Description

    FEDERAL HR SPECIALIST, (DEU CERTIFIED)

    WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A DEU CERTIFIED HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST FOR A FEDERAL AGENCY CONTRACT. THIS POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING QUALIFICATION DETERMINATIONS AND ANALYSIS, CREATING JOA’S, REVIEWING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, MANAGING SELECTIONS, AS WELL AS SOME ADDITIONAL SOURCING TASKS. THIS POSITION WILL BE 100% REMOTE.

    ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AT LEAST FIVE YEARS OF FEDERAL HR EXPERIENCE AS A STAFFING SPECIALIST AND EITHER PREVIOUSLY OR CURRENTLY HOLD A DEU CERTIFICATION. ANY APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE FEDERAL HR EXPERIENCE OR A DEU CERTIFICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE. 

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    · BROAD KNOWLEDGE OF FEDERAL STAFFING, PLACEMENT POLICIES, AND PROCESSES.

    · EXPERIENCE USING MONSTER, USASTAFFING, ERECRUIT, HRCONNECT, AND OTHER REPUTABLE JOB BOARDS.

    · CONSULTATIVE SKILLS WORKING WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND TEAM COLLEAGUES TO SUPPORT ALL FACETS OF SURGE HIRING ACTIVITIES.

    · OUTSTANDING INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

    · EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

    · GOOD PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS; ABILITY TO MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS AT ONE TIME.

    · INITIATIVE, ASSERTIVENESS, AND RESOURCEFULNESS TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER NEEDS.

    · SUPERIOR TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION SKILLS.
