High-end residential contractor in Jacksonville, Florida is looking for an experienced, full-time project manager.

Job Description:

· Oversee the construction process of two projects at a time

· Coordinate with the owner, architect, design team and project superintendent

· Ensure compliance with contract documents including drawings, specs, RFI’s, etc.

· Create and validate the project schedule

· Write and negotiate contracts for subcontractors and materials

· Make sure the project superintendent has all pertinent information to manage the site

· Authorize payments for materials and subcontractors

· Assist with job site issues related to daily construction activities

· Verify dimensions within design drawings and coordinate with shop drawings

· Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

· Minimum of three years’ experience in scheduling, site supervision and quality control

· Strong supervision, organizational and people skills

· Ability to read and comprehend architectural plans and specifications

· Knowledge of scheduling and cost control

· Knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures
