Responsibilities: • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients • Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs • Scheduling appointments utilizing warm leads • Commission Based Qualifications: • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed • If unlicensed, agency will assist in bringing you through the licensing process and pay for your pre-licensing course Compensation: $120,000 yearly
