Responsibilities: Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs • Scheduling appointments utilizing warm leads • Commission Based Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • Valid insurance license required Or Willingness To Obtain • If unlicensed, the agency will assist in bringing you through the licensing process and pay for your pre-licensing course Compensation: $120,000+ at plan commission
