Responsibilities: • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Call, schedule, and meet with potential new customers using provided warm leads. (Meeting with clients can be virtual, telesales, or in-person) • Manage your own schedule and calendar • Commission Based Qualifications: • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills are necessary; customer service skills are helpful • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • If not licensed, Agency will assist through the process and pay for pre-licensing courses • Motivated, driven, and self-disciplined Compensation: $85,000 - $122,000+ at plan commission
