    Job Opportunity: Construction Administrative Assistant with Procore Experience Wanted!

    Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction management and a knack for navigating Procore like a pro? Look no further! We're seeking a dynamic Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in our exciting projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Help with subcontractor communications and proposal reviews.

    Assist in setting up projects, maintaining and executing required documentation in Procore.

    Attend weekly project meetings and manage meeting records.

    Support permit submissions, tracking, and inspections requirements.

    Participate in project kickoff meetings.

    Assist in managing RFI and submittal processes.

    Join on-site walk-throughs.

    Help manage project health metrics.

    Support the change order process.

    Contribute to punch list resolution.

    Coordinate and manage all field tests and inspections, including engineering inspections, to maintain quality standards and project timelines.

    Conduct ground testing, wire resistance checks, and paint mill inspections with precision and attention to detail.

    Perform in-house IT support.

    Coordinate with outsourced IT support to facilitate in in house IT support.

    Requirements:

    Familiarity with Procore & MS Office

    Basic blueprint reading skills

    Basic knowledge of construction methods and terminology

    Good interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to maintain strong relationships

    Organizational & multi-tasking ability

    Analytical & problem solving ability

    Tenacity & follow-through

    Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

    Must have a good command of the English language, oral and written

    Must be able to pass a background screening

    Must be able to pass a drug screening

    Must be able to walk on uneven terrain, climb stairs and ladders
