Job Description
- Essential responsibility to perform all annual and interim recertifications and lease renewals in accordance with LIHTC, HOME, Section 8, New York City and New York State laws, regulations and guidelines.
- Essential responsibility to review, update and customize leasing documents to satisfy all City and State requirements and the Owner’s Occupancy Policies and Procedures as they may be revised from time to time.
- Essential responsibility to perform rent calculations to ensure that initial rents and renewal lease rent increases charged are in compliance with State DHCR, NYC HPD and NYC Rent Guidelines Board limits and standards, as well as, LIHTC, HOME, Section 8 and City and State regulated rent requirements.
- Maintain an accurate and orderly cloud-based and in-office bookkeeping system of business records and tenant files in accordance with City and State regulated rent requirements, and West 141st St LP policies, procedures and regulatory agreements; maintaining confidentiality as required.
