Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next problem-solving dispatcher. We’re looking for an organized dispatcher for our Towing and Truck Repair operation. You'll be responsible for preparing work schedules and handling customer requests and complaints. You’ll also communicate with drivers and customers using our tow management software, telephones, and messaging apps. You have data entry experience, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. If this sounds promising, apply today! Responsibilities: • Plot and shift service calls when necessary • Record customer complaints and service tech notes • Organize dispatch documents • Monitor service calls and arrival times • Schedule service calls for customers and field teams Qualifications: • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required • Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred • Candidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
