Pay: salary + uncapped commission Responsibilities: * Establish relationships with new customers through lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and email communication * Sell and close new and existing customers to move their freight. * Negotiate the price with shippers and carriers. * Manage daily shipments, resolving issues, to ensure pickup and delivery are on time, 24/7/365. * Be honest and proactive in all your communications - internally and externally. * Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities with key decision-makers and determining the appropriate approach for each designated customer. * Serve assigned customer accounts and expand transportation services by providing great service. * Manage the relationship between the customer and the company. * Create solutions based on customer needs. * Provide exceptional customer service, routinely going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
