    About the Role

    We are looking for compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our care team. CNAs play a vital role in ensuring residents receive the highest quality care, dignity, and respect. You will assist with daily living activities, support residents independence, and help create a positive home-like environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide hands on assistance and care with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals.
    • Support residents with personal and emotional needs while promoting independence and dignity.
    • Assist with routine vital signs, documentation, and reporting resident changes to nurses/med aides.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
    • Work as a team player to ensure all daily tasks and cares are completed in a timely, organized routine.
    • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and management.

    Qualifications

    • Current CNA certification in the state of NE
    • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
    • Compassionate and reliable with a genuine interest in caring for older adults.
    • Previous experience in assisted-living, memory care, or long-term care is a plus, but not required.
