    My Client is looking for an experienced Account Manager with technical staffing sales experience. The role will be responsible for developing key account relationships and selling to Fortune 1000 companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

     

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    • ·Creating and executing strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients.
    • ·Provide customer service and relevant industry knowledge to current consultants and new clients.
    • ·Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers within prospect accounts and existing customers to secure new business opportunities.
    • ·Generate sales leads, cold-call prospective clients, and setting client meetings
    • ·Maintain active accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and opportunities for repeat business.
    • ·Prepare and deliver effective proposals to prospective customers.
    • ·Plan, develop, and execute a territory plan for your assigned region.
    • ·Negotiate contract terms to ensure a win/win outcome for My Client and their clients.
    • ·Act as a liaison between clients, recruiters, and consultants for any compliance or employment issue that should arise during the consultant's assignment.
    • ·Lead the development of assigned recruiters to ensure continued growth and success.
    • ·Define, develop, and execute lead generation strategies for new accounts and to further grow existing accounts.
    • ·Collaborate with assigned recruiter(s) to effectively manage pipeline, production, and performance goals.

     

    ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

    • Services as the point of contact for all recruiting efforts with client managers.
    • Responsible for meeting with client managers to drive new opportunities and conduct quarterly reviews.
    • Understand client business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to provide proactive workforce planning.
    • Work directly with client hiring managers, and internal recruiting teams to determine the specifications and requirements for each position.
    • Leverage the internal recruiting team for identifying, screening, and submitting potential candidates to key accounts.
    • Communicate with hiring managers to set expectations and push delivery through the full recruiting life cycle.
    • Establish & maintain relationships with client managers to stay ahead of current/future projects, gathering leads, etc.
    • Manage relationships with client operations, to include site managers, HR personnel and administration, assisting with execution of submitted candidates, organizing interviews, client offers & agreements, on-boarding paperwork & procedures needed.
    • Oversee recruiting efforts of a team of recruiters and sourcers for all open positions across numerous enterprise companies and skill sets.
    • Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors, and proactively marketing ideal candidates
    • Manage contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate contractor related problems, and administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary.
    • Communicate with hiring managers on candidate feedback, interviews, and manage delivery through the full recruiting life cycle.
    • Verify all pre-employment screening for each consultant placed including professional references, drug screens, criminal background checks, etc. have been met for all placements within assigned accounts.
    • Mentoring peers and recruiters by sharing recruiting “best practices” and providing accurate, thorough documentation on applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of proven sales success in technical staffing industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
    • Goal driven, self-motivated professional with a proven record of accomplishment in the technology staffing vertical.
    • Must understand market rates for technical talent in the local market
    • Skilled communicator with outstanding interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Prior leadership experience, including building and coaching junior team members.
    • Moderate understanding of IT terminology.
    • Previous experience working within high performance teams.


    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or similar majors or military experience.
