Job Description

A well-established Charleston, SC based mechanical construction company is seeking an “A Player” Field Operations Manager to become a member of the company’s leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, this individual will have total responsibility for all Field Supervision and employees of the construction division of the firm.  

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of onsite field experience as a Mechanical Superintendent, supervising crews on large projects of 30 or more team members.    We need someone with a proven track record of being an effective leader who can encourage team members to achieve their full potential. We are seeking a person who sets a high standard of excellence, holds people accountable while creating a culture where the team feels they are part of a truly successful organization.

This individual must be comfortable managing budgets which include labor, scheduling, and all facets of operations. They must be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders from field to the boardroom and everyone in between.
