RESPONSIBILITIES
· Executive email and calendar management;
· Prepare presentations and spreadsheets;
· Maintain executives’ contacts;
· Logistical support for meetings and travel;
· Booking flights, hotels, restaurants, concerts, etc;
· Collaborate with executive teams on planning and preparing for events;
· CRM maintenance;
· Social media management, writing, and posting
QUALIFICATIONS
· College degree preferred
· Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills;
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
· Collaborative, adaptable, flexible, and professional;
· Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail;
· Ability to work with HIGHLY confidential information;
· Ability to work independently and with little supervision
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines DAILY;
· Tech Savvy with a strong proficiency and understanding of MS Office and G-Suite (see below)
MUST-HAVE
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Google Drive);
· 2-4 years of proven success as a highly organized, pro-active team player;
· Home office set up with fast and reliable internet connection;
· A dependable smartphone with email and calendar capability;
· Ability to be available during regular business hours (varies by client)
· Experience with scheduling in multiple time zones (i.e. NYC, SF, Australia, Singapore, UK, etc)
