Foundation for Deliverables:

Drives Deliverable #3 – Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Chart: A detailed flow chart illustrating the entire acquisition life cycle.; Available in both a formal, non-editable format for reference and an editable version for future updates.

Drives Deliverable #7 – Visual Aids and Quick Reference Guides: Creation of quick reference guides and cheat sheets for key procedures.; Visual aids to support training and daily operations.

Core Functions:

• Visualization; Process modeling; Acquisition lifecycle flowchart (editable + static)
• End-to-end process maps; Visual aids and quick reference guides
• Diagramming for training and operations for Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support [Establish a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders
• Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws
• Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures
• Comprehensive Set of Procedures to support Contracts & Supply Chain Management
• Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures
• Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts
• Visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle
• Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions
• Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness
• Maintaining procedural, form, and terms and condition compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - C &SCM Business Process Engineer (SCM / Procurement Process Modeling) | Visualization, Process Modeling & Acquisition Lifecycle Mapping [SRNS0015015]

Develop acquisition lifecycle flowcharts; create process maps, swim lane diagrams, decision trees, quick reference visuals, and editable diagrams; align visual assets to SOPs and training materials; ensure models are accurate, intuitive, and maintainable.

The role(s) are located in the South Eastern USA Region, at or near Aiken, SC. Initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual: Building 992-3W, 1148 Aiken, SC 29808

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For C&SCM Business Process Engineer (SCM / Procurement Process Modeling) | Visualization, Process Modeling & Acquisition Lifecycle Mapping [SRNS0015015] Candidates:

5+ years process modeling, business analysis, procedure visualization, BPM, acquisition lifecycle mapping, or operational documentation experience; procurement/SCM/contracts experience preferred.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, information systems, industrial engineering, or related field; Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, CBAP, or process modeling certification preferred.
• 5+ years process modeling, business analysis, procedure visualization, BPM, acquisition lifecycle mapping, or operational documentation experience; procurement/SCM/contracts experience preferred.
• This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector and C&SCM Business Process Engineer (SCM / Procurement Process Modeling) Candidates principally support Visualization, Process Modeling & Acquisition Lifecycle Mapping Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.

Skills Required
