C&SCM Supply Chain Management Consultant (Government / DOE / NNSA) Supports supply chain operations, supplier engagement, logistics, inventory, and procurement execution aligned with DOE/NNSA mission requirements. The C&SCM Supply Chain Management Consultant (Government / DOE / NNSA) Develops practical SCM execution procedures across procurement, suppliers, logistics, inventory, property, and operations.
Operational Domain Procedure Development (SCM Execution Layers) as part of a Management and Operations Consulting Engagement for Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management [Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM)] Procedural Support designs integrated, compliant Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) processes, procedures, and cross-functional workflows improving efficiency, alignment, and operational execution.

Detailed expansion of Deliverable #2 - Comprehensive Set of Procedures: A full suite of procedures to support Contracts & Supply Chain Management, including: Detailed process maps; Standard operating procedures (SOPs); Associated forms and templates; Handbooks and guides for easy reference; Terms and conditions documents; Diagrams and flowcharts for visual representation of procedures; Any other supporting documentation required to ensure thorough understanding and efficient implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - C &SCM Supply Chain Management Consultant (Government / DOE / NNSA) | Operational Domain Procedure Development (SCM Execution Layers) [SRNS0013013]
Develop procedures for supply chain procurement, supplier readiness, field procurement, warehouse operations, receiving, delivery, inventory control, property management, excess and salvage, material access, chemical management, and related SCM programs; validate workflows with operational stakeholders.
The role(s) are located in the South Eastern USA Region, at or near Aiken, SC. Initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual: Building 992-3W, 1148 Aiken, SC 29808
Qualifications

8+ years supply chain, procurement operations, logistics, inventory, property, warehousing, or supplier management experience; preference for DOE/NNSA, federal, defense, energy, nuclear, environmental management, or highly regulated operating environments
