Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Handle multiple clients for after the fact bookkeeping.
• Check the accuracy of business transactions and understanding financials for tax purposes.
• Perform data entry and reconcile Banks, Credit cards and Loans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields, and experience in Quickbooks
• Ability to work overtime to hit all tax deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Payroll
