C&Y Global Inc. is one of the fastest growing scrap-metal recycling companies in Texas, with warehouses in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Oakland, and Chicago. From our establishment in 2004, our revenue has increased steadily. We are looking for high potential candidates who can grow with us.

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: C&Y Global, Inc. 121 N. Pasadena Blvd. Pasadena, TX 77506

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:30PM

Salary- 40,000-45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.

• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

• Staying informed about competing products and services.

• Up selling products and services.

• Researching and qualifying new leads.

• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong listening and sales skills.

• Ability to achieve targets
