Position: Finance Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to contribute to the continuous development and expansion of our company.

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (additional proficiency in Chinese).

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Proficiency in Excel for financial document processing and QuickBooks operations.

Strong ethical values, teamwork spirit, and excellent communication, understanding, and analytical skills.

Eligibility to work in the United States.

At least one year of experience working in an accounting team or relevant academic background.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review invoices and bill of lading for the US company.

Handle preparation and implementation of financial documents for the US company.

Manage purchase documents, organize purchase invoices, and sort electronic and paper customs clearance records.

Utilize the QuickBooks financial system for monthly expense entry and review, as well as managing the collection and payment flow.

Assist financial supervisors with tasks such as account reconciliation and other assigned projects.
