RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up, operate, and maintain flatbed printing presses
• Operate Zund digital cutting and routing equipment
• Ensure print quality and color consistency across jobs
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on equipment
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience operating flatbed presses and Zund cutter/routers
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Positive attitude and commitment to being a team player
• Enjoy working with other team members
• Must be willing to work overtime and sometimes on weekends
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment with speed and quality as a priorit
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales, client service and production staff
• Eagerness to learn new applications and technology as they arise

COMPENSATION
$20 to $23/hour based on experience

Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k),paid time off, life Insurance

2nd Shift (Monday through Friday 2pm to 10pm)
