Overview: Seeking experienced C2M Functional Consultants (Level 1 & 2) to support requirements gathering, configuration, analysis, and UAT for Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) implementations. Consultants will translate business needs into functional specifications, perform gap analysis, and provide expertise in rate design, billing, and customer account management.

Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering and analysis for C2M implementations.

Design and configure C2M modules and functional workflows.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and guide end users.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

Perform gap analysis between current systems and C2M capabilities.

Configure and optimize rate design, billing processes, and customer account management.

Recommend C2M best practices for system configuration and data management.

Requirement Qualifications:

Strong functional experience with Oracle Utilities C2M.

Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional specification, and configuration.

Hands-on knowledge of rate design, billing configuration, and customer account workflows.

Experience supporting UAT and working closely with end users.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be local to Dallas, TX or willing to relocate.
