C3 American Exteriors is seeking an experienced salesperson to add to our sales team.

• 10 Weeks of training pay
• Base salary plus commission
• Annual commissions range from 50k-150k
• Monthly and Quarterly Bonus programs
• $300 dollar gas allowance per month

Your Role:

• Generate new business through company leads and your own leads
• You will be the primary contact/project manager on your jobs
• You will need to inspect homeowners’ roofs for damage, which entails climbing a ladder and completing an initial damage inspection
• A big component of our business is working with insurance adjustors on property claims. You will need to meet with the adjustors on behalf of the homeowners to maximize their insurance claim $$$$’s and minimize their out of pocket expenses to upgrade their roofing system.
• As the job’s project manager, you will arrange to have the materials and subcontractors scheduled
• Insure the job runs smoothly, the homeowners property is left spotless and the customer is satisfied.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the customer
• Process the paperwork through our contract management software

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 Years Sales Experience in the Roofing/Exterior Remodeling
• Strong Work Ethic
• Desire to work in a team first culture
• Ability to learn and absorb information quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to speak face-to-face, in person, with confidence
• Ability to perform various physical tasks such as climbing ladders and inspect and measure roofs
• Polished appearance and demeanor
• Bilingual skills- a plus
• Valid driver’s license

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,000.01 per month
