    WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INVENTORY SPECIALIST THAT CAN MANAGE AND MONITOR THE INTAKE OF PRODUCTS WHILE ENSURING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES AND COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AND LOCAL LAWS.  

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL….

    • Intake all product received to the store into current inventory tracking software in a timely manner; establish, maintain and train applicable employees on store SOP's for intake and inventory tracking.

    • Ensure product intake match manifest description; correspond with vendors to ensure corrective action is taken place when needed.

    • Create and maintain a database with SKU/UPC numbers; ensure all reconciliation is regularly completed including matching physical inventory to METRC inventory.

    • Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed.

    • Create and maintain inventory reports for all products on hand in the store; implement corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.

    • Establish SOP's for labeling of all products; ensure all product is labeled accurately and in a timely manner.

    • Maintain active knowledge of incoming inventory and inventory levels on hand.

    • Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify Management when material has expired or is damaged.

    • Exhibit skillful knowledge of the inventory tracking system and assist in the transition to new inventory tracking software updates.

    • Organize and maintain backroom inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling.

    • Collaborate with Store Manager and Sales team for preparation of store deliveries, inventory levels, and other inventory functions as needed.  

    • Provide hands-on training of inventory tracking system and inventory procedures for new and current employees.

    • Maintain compliance with local and state regulations, company policies and SOPs.

    • Assist in other day to day functions of the store including but not limited to; opening & closing the store, restocking sales floor, assisting customers.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE...

    • 1+ years' experience in inventory management or supply chain; Bachelor's degree preferred.

    • Excellent organization skills, ability to develop and implement operational best practices. 

    • Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.

    • High attention to detail, and experience inputting and reporting on high volumes of data.

    • Experience directing teams of employees required.

    • Knowledge of state and local regulations preferred.

    • Ability to use and manage Microsoft Excel and METRC.

    • Ability to pass a background check and is 21 years of age.
