Job Description

C3 Real Estate is looking for a service- and detail-oriented Broker Operations Specialist for our office in beautiful, lively downtown Loveland. C3 Real Estate is an energetic, technology-driven company that has rapidly become one of the largest Real Estate companies in Northern Colorado, with highly-visible offices in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Johnstown. Our Brokers Operations Specialists are integral to the day-to-day activities of each of our offices. You will work alongside Managing Brokers, Realtors, and other staff members to manage files, coordinate with vendors, and schedule showings for properties throughout Colorado. Broker Operations Specialists also participate in monthly in-house meetings and trainings to help continue developing their knowledge and skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Answering phones, sending emails, and assisting Realtors in the office

· Entering Property and showing information into online servers

· Uploading and managing Contracts, Disclosures, and other documents for various files

· Ordering services and marketing material from vendors and Title companies

· Schedule showings and create showing guides for Realtors

· General office management and supply inventory

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· Communication, attention to detail, team mentality, and positive attitude

· Independent and productive

· Typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and Office365)

· Ability to learn our online systems, including IRES MLS and Skyslope as well as office

equipment (computer, printer, scanner, phone system)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

· Notary certification

· Previous use of IRES, RE Colorado MLS, or Skyslope

· Real Estate background

· Administrative/Receptionist experience

PAY AND BENEFITS

· Full Time Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm

· $16.00+ /hour
