C4 Polymers has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative position in our Chagrin Falls, OH location. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner who is self-motivated, personable with a positive attitude, and an overall team player with great verbal communication skills. The position requires a passion for delivering a high level of customer service and sales support. Candidates must be comfortable making a significant amount of outgoing phone calls to develop prospective customers and drive sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactive lead generation and follow up

• Build relationships with vendors, customers, and peers

• Gather accurate and detailed account information

• Professionally communicate with customers and potential new clients

• Promote C4 Polymers brand and products in an effective and professional way

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous sales experience preferred

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience

• Proficient communication & listening skills

• Experience with account management

• Computer Literacy

• Experience generating leads

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Plastics & Brokerage backgrounds are a plus

COMPENSATION:

• Base salary during training: $32,500 – $50,000 based on experience
• Upon completion of training, compensation will be commission-based with higher financial compensation being achieved in terms of commissioned sales
