Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, production, quality goals, and customer-service standards
Codes and approves daily and weekly invoices by utilizing chart of accounts
Enforce high energy, motivation, and standards with employees
Regulate sanitation policies, safety rules, and labor laws
Complete understanding of each position in both the front and back of the restaurant
Maintain positive relationships with all employees and provide direction and feedback
Assist in future development plans to accelerate productivity
Follow operational policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
Experience as a leader in the restaurant and/or customer service industry
At least three years in progressive management experience with a full service, high volume, and corporate environment
Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer competency and proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
Preferred experience with Aloha POS and MenuLinks systems

Physical Demands
