Job Summary:
We are looking for someone passionate about data, possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, strong problem solving and strong communication while demonstrating self-motivation to support and enable the company's rapid growth.
The pay range is from $15.00 - $18.00 per hour depends on experience. The work schedule will consist of approximately 25-30 hours a week. This position is not eligible for employee benefits.
Responsibilities:
Utilize sales forecasts, promotional requirements, sales history and current inventory to plan and maintain proper inventory levels of F&B
Generate and process purchases orders weekly
Investigate food gaps, voids and comps
Follow up with restaurants managers and kitchen staffs to insure proper inventory level
Contact vendors if any delivery mistake, product issue or any problem related to purchase orders
Interface with other departments to provide information on pending orders
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline
Experience in F&B industry preferred
Computer savvy (Excel, Microsoft Office, Email, etc.)
Analytical and research skills
Detail-Oriented and Communication skills
Flexibility/adaptability/managing multiple priorities
Problem solving skills
Critical Thinking skills
English language (written, verbal, comprehension)
Effective communication and work in a team setting
Preferred Qualification:
MenuLink System experience prefered
