We are a busy and patient-focused chiropractic office seeking an experienced and Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, punctual, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent care and support to both patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries in both languages
Assist with back-office procedures and perform therapeutic modalities (e.g., massage therapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound)
Translate and communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients
Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks
Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure smooth daily operations
Uphold a professional and compassionate atmosphere for our patients
Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures and insurance verifications
Requirements:
Prior experience in a chiropractic or medical office
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Basic computer skills for appointment scheduling and record-keeping
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and related platforms
Enthusiastic attitude and a strong commitment to customer service
Dependable, professional, and a true team player
Familiarity with medical billing procedures
This is a part-time position form (8:00AM – 6:00 PM) This position may lead to a full-time opportunity as the office continues to grow. Pay is based on experience and will be determined upon hiring.
