    CA HR Services is a premier, boutique Human Resources consulting and outsourcing firm, specializing in working with small to medium-size businesses and offering a menu of custom HR services ranging from outsourcing to on-call services.

    How Will You Make an Impact?

    You will play an integral role in the success of our clients and CA HR Services. Specific responsibilities include:

    • Provide professional HR services to CA HR Service clients either serving as the sole HR professional or by identifying and managing customized projects
    • Conduct HR Audits
    • Identify legal gaps and non-compliance, and make recommendations for risk mitigation
    • Identify needs for and create new processes, procedures and policies
    • Perform full-cycle HR services from recruiting, hiring and onboarding to projects that include updating employee handbooks, benefits administration, LOA, W/C and claims management, improving performance management, coach/discipline/terminate employees as needed, and any other task required to meet the client’s HR needs
    • Make recommendations to improve HR infrastructures and implementing tactical plans
    • Design and conduct training and development programs
    • Handle Employee Relations issues. Conduct investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and attending UI hearings if necessary
    • Coach Management
    • Set up, administering, or managing Payroll as needed
    • Regularly and reliably report to and collaboration with CAHR team and management and participate in a remote company meetings
    • Travel to client sites as needed

    Your Qualifications and Experience

    • 8-10 years of HR Management or Director experience
    • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
    • Expert in California Labor, Wage and Hour Laws
    • Professional Certification in Human Resources is highly desired
    • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism
    • Well-organized and self-driven, proactive and responsive, strong ability to multitask
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online file-sharing tools such as Dropbox
    • Fully-function remote office with video conferencing-enabled PC, monitor, smartphone, printer/scanner, reliable high-speed internet
