OVERVIEW
CAB Enterprises, Inc (“CAB Enterprises, or the “Company”) is the exclusive sales and customer service Company representing Electrolit™ in North America and Europe. The primary objective of CAB Enterprises is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the Unites States.
POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of this position will include providing support to sales and marketing activities by performing and planning all administrative duties involved. The Administrative Assistant Sales Marketing will report to the Sales Manager of the respective region.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Support sales team with correspondence needs, map territory, sales events, and Food Shows.
- Consolidate information from Account Managers into cohesive Sales Reports (Monthly) and Budget/Sales Forecasting as needed.
- Prepare reports on request via vendor portals, and POS reports. Monitor storage and distribution of POS reports.
- Manage and distribute in-store demo reports and retail survey reports. Reply to online customer inquiries.
- Invoicing. Research discrepancies, advise clients, management, and finance by correspondence on results and if necessary, adjusting.
- Submit claims on customer portals.
- Maintain event finances, including check requests and pre-approvals. Complete contact approval, credit application forms.
- Generate and maintain line lists and price quotes with 100% accuracy; assist with POS forecasting.
- Order and prepare samples for shipment as requested, including consolidation of submission from marketing and the warehouse, UPC verification, occasional mockup creation, sample tagging, and shipment.
- Assist sales team with coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, catering services, etc.
- Control and handle sales materials, inventory, order placement and new vendor research.
- Proof POP materials (i.e., Rack Strips) with 100% accuracy. Coordinate marketing/graphics to fulfill customer requests.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Teams)
- Experience with customer portals (such as Retail Link) and/or the capacity and experience to learn new systems.
- Must be fluent in English.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A.S or equivalent education in related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience working in a similar capacity, preferably a consumer-packaged goods organization.
- Previous Sales Support and/or Merchandising experience preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to travel on occasion when applicable.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
