Aircraft Cabinet Maker (Contract)

We are currently seeking an experienced Aircraft Cabinet Maker for a contract opportunity supporting aircraft interior work. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in precision woodworking and aircraft interior cabinetry.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 2–3 months
• Shift Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime: Available

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
• Per Diem: $86.00 per day (for days worked on-site)

Travel & Accommodation

• Hotel: Provided
• Rental Car: Provided (shared)
• Flight: Provided or up to $300 travel reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install aircraft cabinetry and interior components
• Work with wood, laminates, veneers, and composite materials
• Perform modifications, repairs, and finishing of aircraft interior furniture
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and compliance with aviation standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker, Aircraft Interior Technician, or Finish Carpenter
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with precision woodworking tools and materials
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a production or MRO environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
