    Job Description

     

    • Recruit, interview, select, train, appraise and discipline group of employees.
    • Prepare and provide training programs at various levels to all customer service personnel
    • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with the customer base and key account managers.
    • Works directly with customer complaints, returns, and concerns which cannot be solved at customer service rep level
    • Promotes the utilization of the SAGE system to incorporate requirements needed to sell products in all markets.
    • Evaluates and supports the customers’ needs for priority shipments by coordinating with sales, customer service reps, Scheduling, and Distribution.
    • Supports sales when negotiating contracts by assessing the issues concerning customer service and the ability to meet the requirements of the contracts. Act as the liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution and Transportation concerning the requirements.
    • Manages freight forwarder and vessel line relationships by constantly monitoring their service and establishing direct rate and service negotiations on a periodic basis.

    · Develop a daily planning and reporting process across the 2 CEX production facilities to ensure 1-3 day lead times for min 80% of the domestic orders.

    · Determines manpower and raw materials needed to cover production demand

    · Supports Supply Chain Analyst and Procurement in developing raw material plans, economic order quantities, safety stocks and reorder points.

    · Advises on production schedules and need for over-time

    Monitors jobs to ensure they will finish on time
