    Job Description

    We are looking for an Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant who will support the office and its large team of project managers. You will be responsible for all front desk duties and well as numerous administrative tasks that pertain to construction projects as well as maintaining numerous calendars.

    This is an entry level role and to be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience as an admin is helpful.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -NOTE-THESE ROLES WILL EVOLVE AND NUMEROUS ITEMS CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR RESPONSIBILITY ONCE YOU GET ACCLIMATED BUT IT WILL ALL PERTAIN TO YOUR SPECIFIC DUTIES. 

    • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

    • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

    • Answer all inbound doors and phone system.

    • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

    • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

    • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

    • Contributes to team effort by tackling numerous administrative tasks

    • Manages numerous calendars

    • Manage and maintain all incoming service tickets on company management software.

    • Orders all office supplies including snacks and beverages

    • Manages cleaning crew schedule
