    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain current knowledge and certifications of Solidworks
    • Provide technical support to customers both pre-sale and post-sale (virtually or in person)
    • Engage with customers to find creative manufacturing solutions
    • Work with the Marketing and Business Development teams to support pre and post-sales efforts including creating valuable collateral for our clients.
    • Train customers on software solutions as needed
    • Partner with the Sales team to demonstrate technical capabilities of solutions for current and potential customers

    Qualifications:

    • Associates or Bachelors in manufacturing or engineering field preferred
    • 5+ years experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally with hands-on experience setting up, programming and running CNC machines
    • Experience with parametric 3D design utilizing software such as Solidworks, Inventor, Fusion360, Creo, etc
    • Eager to learn and share new information
    • Ability to prioritize responsibilities
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to engage with customers.
    • Engineering degree is preferable
    • Ability to travel locally and in the region as necessary
