Overview:
Talentline Services is seeking an experienced CAD Designer for a contract assignment with a valued client located in South Deerfield, MA. This is a hands-on, on-site position requiring strong Solid Edge proficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in product design and familiarity with plastic injection molding , though the latter is a plus, not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Solid Edge CAD software to create, revise, and finalize 3D models and 2D drawings.

• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet functional and production requirements.

• Interpret and update existing designs and documentation.

• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Ensure accuracy and detail in all technical drawings and models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Solid Edge software is required.

• Experience with plastic injection molding is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:

• This is a contract role expected to last anywhere from 1 to 5 months , depending on project needs.

• Candidates must be open to working extended hours and weekends as required.
