    Overview

    We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer/Detailer to join our dynamic team in Delaware, OH. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CAD software and various manufacturing processes to create precise designs and ensure efficient production runs.     Responsibilities

    • Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and layouts for manufacturing projects.
    • Program CNC machines for production runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance and inspection of machinery to uphold operational standards.
    • Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
    • Set up machines for production runs, including wrapping machines, screw machines, stamping presses, and thermoforming machines.
    • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials within the facility.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting related to production and quality control.
    • Monitor quality control software to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
    • Work with rotational molding machines and shapers to produce high-quality components.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a CAD Designer/Detailer or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of pneumatics and CNC programming.
    • Proficiency in CAD software and quality control software.
    • Experience with preventive maintenance and inspection of manufacturing equipment.
    • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
    • Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts.
    • Hands-on experience with machine setups for production runs.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
