Experienced CAD Designer – Custom Packaging Solutions Location: San Jose, CA | Full-Time

We specialize in the design and manufacturing of wooden crates, pallets, and specialty packaging for high-value and delicate equipment.

We are seeking a CAD Designer to join our growing team. This is a key role within our company, contributing directly to the design and engineering of custom packaging that ensures our clients’ products are protected, compliant, and delivered safely.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed CAD drawings and technical designs for custom wooden crates, pallets, and specialty packaging.

Translate client specifications into accurate, cost-effective, and manufacturable designs.

Collaborate with production, sales, and compliance teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of designs, revisions, and project files.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of CAD design experience (AutoCAD or similar software required).

Experience in packaging, woodworking, or related manufacturing fields preferred.

Strong technical drawing and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
