    They are seeking a CAD Drafter / Design Technician to support projects across the U.S. This role blends fieldwork, drafting, and design—perfect for someone who enjoys both technical detail and hands-on site work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform on-site building measurements with laser tools
    • Draft and update plans in AutoCAD (2020+); some work in Revit
    • Produce drawings for leasing, design, and construction use
    • Assist with schematic design for tenant buildouts
    • Scan, organize, and maintain property blueprints
    • Some travel nationwide for site visits

    Qualifications:

    • Skilled in AutoCAD (2020 or newer)
    • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word)
    • Understanding of construction materials and methods
    • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
    • Comfortable traveling and working independently in warehouses or job sites

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with Revit Architecture
    • Knowledge of IBC, ADA, or state-specific building codes
    • Exposure to SketchUp, Rhino, or other rendering software
