JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

BD is seeking a CAD Drafter Intern with Solidworks experience. This is a long term internship ideally for 12 months.

BD is seeking a CAD Drafter Intern with Solidworks experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 0-2 years in drafting

• Currently working on an AS or BS degree or Vocational Certificate in Engineering or design/drafting.

• Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients

• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

WORK HOURS

• Approximately 20 hours/week.

• When school allows, up to 40 hours/week.

ADDITIONAL AND PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products as well as multitask.

• Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients.

• Knowledge of SolidWorks PDM Professional a plus.
