Position: Cad Programmer

CAD Programmer : This position is primarily responsible for creating parts using CAD Programs. The Cad Programmer must be

able to analyze detail drawings to determine the dimension, angle, Scale mounting, and lighting of the project by performing

the following duties personally or through subordinates. This position requires teaming other sohware programs such as V

Carve and Enroute by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management to develop final drawings for release to Operations.

• Produce location specific message layouts in coordination with drawings.

• Able to direct other employees to key customer specific details.

• Work cross functionally wlth Operations, Product Management and Estimating team

• Provide technical support as required for shop personnel and product management to facilitate the production of

signage.

• Ability to use multiple details from other drawings and apply them to create a new drawing

• Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Interpret an extensive variety of technical details related to sign design and manufacture (lED layouts, Steel &

Aluminum Frame Construction, Basic Wiring, Sheet goods cutting and formingl.

• Set up drawings nesting for routers using enroute, V Carve. Complete drawings and models using Enroute, Flexi, Corel

Draw.

• Set up digital files for print production.

Job Specifications:

• Experience: Cad or Programming background in manufacturing.

• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Enroute, Flexi,

• Sign industry knowledge a plus

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
