    FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

    This is a full-time position with a required commitment of 40 hours per week. This position is considered “at-will”, and should not be considered a contracted or guaranteed position. The FSR is responsible for executing on the overall sales and service strategy and keeping the promises we’ve made to customers. The FSR must be reliable, competent, and driven in order to be successful.

    PLEASE NOTE* This is an out of office / field position. Our office is located in Temecula but considerable time will be spent driving to and from patient appointments and accounts (Beaumont, Banning, Palm Springs, Moreno Valley, Hemet).

     

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    CUSTOMER RETENTION

    • The single most important task required by this position is to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. We respond to our customer’s requests quickly and proficiently. Retention is measured through maintaining DJO sales figures year over year.

    PATIENT DELIVERY SCHEDULING AND FULFILLMENT

    • Call patients to schedule deliveries

    • Deliver product to patient homes within our delivery area daily

    • Delivery product outside our delivery area periodically (longer distance)

    • Fit patients with product

    STOCK AND BILL / OFFICECARE SERVICING

    • Restock facilities that have been assigned to you, and maintain their minimum par levels.

    • Facilitate orders within MotionMD (DJO Software) or within Brightree as needed

    • Retrieve documentation from assigned stock & bill locations and determine inventory discrepancies (used with documentation).

    • Become a resource for our customers by being present at their locations

    CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT

    • Clean and schedule maintenance on rental equipment when appropriate.

    INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

    • Facilitate the tracking of all assigned inventory. This may be done by manually counting, or seeking assistance from other employees or customers to provide quantities for tracking purposes.

    • Maintain par levels and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands, while keeping as low as possible.

    PATIENT CARE COORDINATION

    • Understand and execute a high-level patient experience

    • In-depth understanding of products, and fitting services

    • Understand and execute order tracking procedures

    CONTINUAL GROWTH

    • Continually strive to educate yourself and learn more about Cade products, services, and processes

    • Strive to be better each day

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

    • Position requires lifting up to 25lbs on a frequent basis, and lifting up to 50lbs on occasion. Candidate must be able to drive for extended periods of time on occasion (2 hours +). Candidate must be able to stand for extended periods of time (2 hours +)
