Position Summary

Clean Juice Round Rock is seeking dependable and motivated Shift Leaders to support daily store operations and lead the team during scheduled shifts. Shift Leaders act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest service, and consistent product quality while maintaining Clean Juice standards.

This role is ideal for experienced team members ready to grow into future management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts

Open and/or close the store efficiently and securely

Hold store keys and follow all security procedures

Lead the team to deliver a high-quality product and exceptional guest experience

Answer guest questions and resolve concerns professionally

Take initiative to complete, assign, and follow up on daily store tasks

Delegate responsibilities and keep the team focused during busy periods

Ensure team members follow Clean Juice standards, procedures, and food safety requirements

Support training and coaching of team members as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready store environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous food service or leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead by example and hold teammates accountable

Reliable, punctual, and organized

Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment

Interest in growth toward Assistant Manager or General Manager roles

Schedule & Pay

Part-time position

Starting at $15.00 per hour + tips

Up to 30 hours per week

Shifts may include:

Day shifts

Mid-day shifts

Night shifts
