POSITION: SALES LOAN PROCESSING ASSISTANT

We are seeking a Sales -Loan Processing Assistant with preferred experience in the equipment, truck, insurance, automobile, or finance industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist with finance contract documentation and funding

2. Assist with creating loan documents as needed

3. As needed, assist with verifying information and accuracy of loan applications and supporting documents

4. Assist with inventory titles ensuring requisite DMV re-assignments, filing and maintaining report

5. Assist and complete inventory costs sheet and invoice filing in inventory truck folders

6. Coordinating tasks associated with secured inventory according to inventory check list

7. Coordinate transportation of secured inventory

8. Coordinate and ensure inventory GPS units are installed, working and reporting; also handling GPS documentation system

9. Coordinate inventory and service accounts payable payment processing

10. Coordinate inventory repair and engine overhaul documentation system

11. General administrative and finance responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Background in leasing, financing, insurance, equipment, truck, or auto sales administration preferred

2. Title, loan documentation, commercial or auto preferred

3. Minimum high school degree.

4. Attention to detail

5. Critical thinking

6. Sound written and verbal communications skills

7. Strong organization and time management skills

8. High energy, positive attitude, success driven and results oriented

9. Ability to function in a high pace environment

10. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
