    Job Description

    Job Title: UniFi by CAIA™ Intern Department: UniFi by CAIA™ Reports to: Managing Director Position Summary: The CAIA Association is the global authority in alternative investment education. Best known for the CAIA Charter, an internationally recognized finance credential and gateway to a network of over 13,000 CAIA Members who are leaders in the field. In April 2021, CAIA Association launched UniFI by CAIA, a digital-first educational platform to support the educational needs of client-facing and advisor-facing professionals in the asset and wealth management industry. This educational ecosystem currently includes two products, Fundamentals of Alternative Investments Certificate, in which close to 10,000 financial professionals have participated, and the more recently launched Private Debt Microcredential. Plans for 2023 include a Digital Asset Microcredential and an updated Fundamentals program. The team is seeking an intern, 15-20 hours per week, to support new product design and development for the UniFi by CAIA platform. We are seeking an intern who is excited about the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, build new things and learn about the asset management and wealth management industries. Responsibilities include: · Complete Absorb Learning Management Course Admin, Engage, and Create training. · Review current courses, design documents, and operating processes. · From course scripts, assemble, format, and organize transcripts for the CAIA Marketing team. · Review course scripts to ensure all keywords are included in transcripts. · Support UniFi Relationship Manager with course template creation. · Learn and participate in quality assurance and user acceptance process for new course content. · Support ad-hoc Absorb system administrative tasks and projects. · Monitor data quality and take corrective actions with input from Managing Director. · Assist with report generation and data analysis, with guidance and input from Managing Director. · Interface with Absorb for problem resolution. · Participate in UniFi by CAIA team meetings and project meetings. · Support the survey process, building out and testing surveys. · Collaborate with IT and Marketing departments as needed. · Other duties as assigned. Essential Functions/Percentage of Time Spent on Each: * Course development, design, and quality assurance, 50% * Data, database, and survey projects 30% * Interfacing with other departments and meetings 15% * Other duties as needed 5% Minimum Job Requirements: Education: An undergraduate or recent graduate student interested in gaining hands-on experience at a fast-paced global educational non-profit. Experience: · Prior internships or professional work experience plus · Exposure or experience or interest in graphic design or instructional design a plus · Exposure or experience with the learning management systems, customer relationship management, or other databases is a plus Specific Skills: · Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook competence · Social Media awareness and knowledge · SurveyMonkey, Salesforce, and Zoom exposure a plus · Reliable, consistent, and detailed oriented. · Approaches projects in a collaborative, focused, curious way · Self-starter who can work well within a team but also drive projects forward independently when needed · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Able to prioritize and multitask effectively · Positive, can-do attitude · Interest in finance a plus Working Conditions : Hybrid, with in-office time in Amherst, MA office location approximately two days per week aligned with colleagues' schedule, typically mid-week.
