Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant
We seeking an experienced Accounting professional to serve as Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant. The chosen professional will provide their expertise and accounting knowledge and assist the company, preparing, managing , and evaluating the AR/AP process.
Job Duties:
_Processing all aspects of the Accounts Receivable
_
Processing all aspects of Accounts Payable
General Ledger accounting including credit cards, insurance, intercompany postings and reconciliations
Payroll Administration: Preparation of employee timesheets, summarizing information to provide to the Payroll Processing company, new hire packets and termination paperwork
_ Job Costing_
_ Preparation of information for reporting sales tax to the CPA firm for filing_
Ability to work with multiple divisions and intercompany transactions
