CALECO is the largest privately- owned commercial laundry vendor in the Mid-Atlantic region. We have been serving our communities for over 75 years, and are family owned and operated still to this day! We operate central laundry facilities in apartment buildings, colleges and military bases in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C, as well as parts of Virginia and New York City.
CALECO is looking for a full time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT at our beautiful 90,000 sq. ft. spacious West Chester headquarters located at 1300 Wilson Drive West Chester, PA 19380. (off Boot Road Exit on 202) Hours are from 8:30am-5:000pm Mon-Fri

· RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative duties in our purchasing department·
Track and enter orders into computer system
Communicate with vendors and Caleco staff
Maintain day to day Purchasing Dept. procedures.
Expedite orders with vendors.
Data entry of Orders
·Process paperwork, invoices, receipts, etc.
Maintain databases of orders and parts.
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma - Some College, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 1 years of experience in full time administrative capacity
SKILLS:
· Able to work with minimal supervision
·Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and outlook
· Attention to detail
Highly Organized
Ability to Multi-task
