  • Responsibilities

    CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for an applicant to serve as the Range Planning Specialist.  The ideal candidate willing to gather information in austere environments and should possess knowledge and experience for preparing and staffing the following products:

    • Range Complex Master Plan tool (RCMPT)
    • Army Range Requirements Model (ARRM)
    • Installation Range Complex Master Plan
    • Range Standard operating procedures

    Required Skills

    Knowledgeable on the following systems; Computers with Microsoft Office Software; RFMSS (range facility management support system) or similar logistics and facility management software Tactical Target applications and associated equipment functions; Must be able to pass a background check and qualify for a Common Access card; Applicant must possess a valid California Class "C" Driver's License; Must pass Defensive Driver's course to obtain a military driver's license within 30 days. 

    Required Experience

    Two to five years experience in writing professional correspondence, creating and publishing standard operating procedures and work instructions, documenting, analyzing, developing and storing tactical operating procedures. Capable of reading a  map and operating in tactical field operations. Preparing and coordinating tactical planning products, such as the Range Complex Master Plan and Army Range Requirements Model preferred (commensurate experience documenting similar published products may be considered)
