(CALIFORNIA ONLY) We are currently seeking multiple open IN-OFFICE and REMOTE positions with Allstate. We are in search of 3 Licensed Sales Professionals (LSP) to join our team in San Jose California. We are a MEGA Elite Allstate agency.
(LSP's) are responsible for bringing in as much commission and bonus pay for themselves so they can support themselves or their family.
After 90 days of employment with exceptional performance, the pay you started with has the likelihood to increase.

Licensed Sales Representative (TRAINING PROVIDED)
In this role, you will receive the equipment needed for your work, as well as access to Allstate and brokerage products for sale, along with a list of contactable potential clients to market these products. Your job is to reach out to these potential clients and provide them with the insurance solutions they need. After training, you will also have the ability to leverage our extensive business resources for cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, you will learn how to grow your personal business to create referral opportunities from the clients you have served.
You must have an active California P & C License for the position.
